Cancellation Policy
SkinCraft Cancelation Policy Please give 48 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment . After 48hrs the cc on file will be charged 40% of the service cost, 24 hrs 50% & same day cancelations or no call /no shows is 100%. When redeeming a Groupon or Gift Certificate the same policy applies up to 100% deducted from voucher amount or if no voucher is presented the cc on file will be charged. If you have a pre-purchased pkg the same policy applies up to 100%, same day cancelations / no show will result in a forfeit of service's scheduled or you can opt to pay the fee instead. In the instance I don't have a valid cc on file I will issue you an invoice from venmo, cash app or paypal. If no payment is received or if you are a no call / no show I will require 100% pre -payment to hold any future appointments. Prepaid services are subject to the same cancelation fees & any remaining balance can be applied towards your next service ,no cash refunds. Please be mindful that my time is money & cancellations cost me money. Thank you for your consideration & understanding, I value you as a client & want to continue to be able to serve you.
